Škoda Titan Desert Almería 2024 will be held from October 5th to 8th

The International Tourism Fair (FITUR) that is taking place this week in Madrid has been the setting chosen to announce the first details of the Škoda Titan Desert Almeria fifth edition.

The Andalusian mountain bike race will be held from October 5th to 8th entirely in the province of Almeria. Registration for all participants will open on February 20th. While the route and sporting details of the race will be announced at the official presentation on May 16th at the Diputación de Almería Palace.

The event was attended by the authorities involved in the organization of the race: Junta de Andalucía, Diputación de Almería, Ayuntamiento de Almería, Škoda, RPM Sports and the ambassador of all Titan World Series events in 2024, the former professional cyclist Luis León Sánchez.

In addition to the announcement of the dates of dispute of the Škoda Titan Desert Almeria, the event served to unveil two new initiatives linked to the race: the Almeria Stage Škoda Titan Desert and the Almeria Family Ride Škoda Titan Desert.

The Almeria Stage Titan Desert will be held in March. It will consist of two days of full immersion in the Titan universe. Talks, bike rides to recognize the terrain of Almeria and direct contact with some of the race leaders to arrive as ready as possible to the race in October.

The Almeria Family Ride Titan Desert offers a very different aspect, focused on the youngest ones. It will be them, along with their parents, the ones who will enjoy this activity. The day before the race starts, the sons and daughters of the participants will do a small circuit of a handful of kilometers to enjoy cycling.
