Titan Contact

The Škoda Titan Desert Almeria offers you the possibility to participate in the Titan Contact. A reduced format of the race, which will allow you to do the first 2 stages of the race. Two days of pure mountain biking, in an intense weekend and an all-inclusive format.

Information and dates:

06/10/23 – Verifications and briefing day

On Friday 6th October we will be waiting for you in El Toyo, Almería. On the day of the 6th October you will go through the verifications and you will be given your jersey and the participant’s badge for your bike.

07/10/23 – Stage 1 Škoda Titan Desert Almería. El Toyo-El Toyo.

Loop stage from the vicinity of the Official Hotel. On arrival, you will be able to shower in your room and have lunch in the dining room of the Hotel. In the afternoon you will share the conviviality with the rest of the participants, in the official Hotel of the race.

08/10/23 – Stage 2 Škoda Titan Desert Almería. El Toyo – Tabernas

Before the start, you will have to check out of your room, as, after the stage, your participation in the race will be over. On arrival at the finish line, you will be able to pick up a bag that you will have brought with you beforehand, so that you can wash up before returning to the Official Hotel to eat and collect your belongings.

We will inform you later when you will be able to pick up your bike (which the organisation will transfer to the Official Hotel on the same day). Return home in the afternoon.

When do I have to arrive in Almeria?

On Friday 6 October, to check in, pick up your bike badge and check in at the hotel.

Where will I stay?

Your registration includes two nights at the Hotel Barceló Cabo de Gata 4*. Night of Friday 6th October and Saturday 7th October, full board.

How will I get back from Tabernas at the end of the 2nd stage, to the Official Hotel located in El Toyo?

The organisation will provide continuous transfers, which will take participants from Tabernas to El Toyo.

What does registration include?

Participation in the first 2 stages of the Škoda Titan Desert Almeria. Two nights hotel accommodation with full board. Transfer from Tabernas to the hotel at the end of the 2nd stage. Transfer of the bike on the second day, from Tabernas to the official Hotel in El Toyo. Commemorative fossil at the end of your participation.

Is it a competitive race?

Titan Contact is not intended to be a competitive race. There will be no awards or additional categories.

No, Titan Contact participants will start 30 minutes after the official start of the race.

What is the price of the Titan Contact programme?
