CANCELLATION POLICY – (included in the registration) 

• Cancellations made before April 2^nd 2024 at 11:00am will incur a processing fee of €89.
• Cancellations made before June 1^st 2024 at 11:00am will be charged at 50% of the registration fees paid to date.
• Cancellations made before August 1^st 2024 at 11:00am will be charged at 75% of the registration fee paid to date.
• Any cancellation made after August 1^st 2024 at 11:01am will not be entitled to any kind of reimbursement.
• The rest of the services offered by the organization (photo pack, license…) will not be entitled to any refund after having made the reservation and payment for these services.
• Registrations are nominal, personal and non-transferable. Name changes or deferral of the amount to later events are not accepted.

REFUND GUARANTEE (NOT MANDATORY AND ONLY FOR SINGLE-PAYMENT RATES)

• Cancellations made before August 1^st 2024, at 11:00am will not incur expenses, and 100% of the amount of registration fees paid so far will be refunded.
• Between August 1^st 2024 at 11:01am and September 19^th 2024 at 11:00am, a 50% of the amount of registration fees paid so far will be refunded.
  • In addition to the registration fee, 100% of the amount of the photography pack and license will be refunded. The rest of the services offered by the organization (return guarantee or other products in which expenses have been incurred by the organization) will not be entitled to any type of refund after having made the reservation and payment of these services.
  • Registrations are nominal, personal and non-transferable. Name changes or deferral of the amount to later events are not accepted.
• Any cancellation made after September 19^th 2024 at 11:01am will not be entitled to any kind of reimbursement.

IMPORTANT: If you want to contract this insurance, it should be done at the time of registration. It cannot be contracted afterwards.
